Carol Taylor is a professor of Computer Science at Eastern Washington University since 2006.

Dr. Taylor teaches computer networking and computer security courses.

Carol Taylor has long been an ACLU member and supporter of human rights causes. She became aware of the legalization issues with Marijuana when she moved to Spokane in 2007.
